Roof Replacement
We don't do shortcuts on replacements. Tear off the old roof, check the decking for soft spots, install synthetic underlayment, drip edge, starter strip, shingles, ridge vent. The whole system. Your roof is only as good as the layers underneath.

We repair every type of roofing. Asphalt shingles, metal panels, flat membranes, tile. Our guys carry the materials on the truck. Most repairs are same-day once we're on site.
Storm Damage Repair
Wind speeds over 60 mph cause shingle tab lift and seal failure. Hail over 1" diameter causes fractures through the shingle mat to the fiberglass reinforcement. Our HAAG-trained inspectors know the difference between cosmetic damage and functional damage. That distinction determines your insurance payout.
New Roof Installation
We install new roofs on new construction, room additions, detached garages, and covered patios. Our New Laguna crews handle residential and light commercial. Standard install time is 1-3 days depending on size.
Metal Roofing
We do metal roof repairs too. Loose panels, failed sealant at transitions, rust spots on older galvanized. Not every metal issue needs a full replacement. Our New Laguna crew can usually fix it same-day.
Shingle Roofing
GAF Timberline HDZ architectural shingles with StrikeZone nailing area. The highest-selling shingle in North America. Impact-rated to UL 2218 Class 4 when installed with the full GAF Roof System. Our New Laguna crews install Timberline in the full system configuration to qualify for Golden Pledge warranty. ASTM D3462 and D7158 Class H certified.
Flat Roofing
TPO single-ply membrane in 60-mil or 80-mil thickness, hot-air welded seams, fully adhered or mechanically attached over polyiso insulation board. We install per NRCA and manufacturer specifications. Ponding water is the number one cause of flat roof failure. We use tapered ISO insulation to create minimum 1/4" per foot slope to drains. FM 4473 rated systems available for hail-prone New Laguna areas.
Commercial Roofing
TPO is our most-requested commercial membrane in New Mexico. Reflective, energy-efficient, and it welds together at the seams for a watertight bond. We install 60-mil and 80-mil systems with 15-20 year manufacturer warranties.
Gutter Installation
Half-round copper gutters with round downspouts. That's the premium install. We solder joints on-site using 50/50 tin-lead solder. Copper develops a natural patina in New Mexico's climate within 5-7 years. For aluminum, we use Spectra Metals .027 gauge seamless with Raytec hidden hangers rated to hold 25 lbs per linear foot of ice and debris load.

Emergency Roof Repair
Emergency roof repairs for active water intrusion follow a strict protocol: tarping with reinforced polyethylene sheeting secured to the roof deck, interior water extraction guidance, and temporary flashing at penetrations. Our New Laguna emergency crews carry 20x30 tarps, 2x4 nailer boards, and masonry anchors for various deck types. Permanent repairs are scheduled within 48-72 hours once materials are sourced.
Skylight Installation
Skylight replacement is often better than repair on units over 15 years old. VELUX FCM curb-mount replacement skylights install on the existing curb frame. No structural modification needed.
